Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within "3 days" if the item is defective or damaged during shipping, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us at silvassassysparkles@gmail.com and send a photo of the defective or damaged item. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be sent if available. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will ONLY offer refunds if the item was paid for and it was not available from our inventory. We will notify you if the item is no longer available and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You have the option of choosing another item of equal value in place of the unavailable item. Otherwise, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
